1.COMPANY INTRODUCTION
Zhenjiang  Anfeng  Shipyard  Co. , LTD  is   situated   in the centre of Jiangsu Province of Zhenjiang City, close to  the lower stream of the Yangtze River delta.
There is a Highway which runs along  the  river  on  the  east  and  Nanjing  City  on  the west that can  lead one to the shipyard. While to the north of the shipyard lies the Ning-Qi Railway and Ning- Tong Freeway . Facing the south, one would be able to enjoy the scenic view of the Yangtze River.
Zhenjiang  Anfeng  Shipyard  Co. , LTD    is strategically located with bundles of mode of transportation and access throughout the city.
 
2.COMPANY HISTORY
The company has a long history dating back since 1985.  It has started off as a large-steel Structure Company known as Shenghua Shipyard in Taizhou with more than  30 years of experience in shipbuilding.
With the development of reform and opening-up of socialist  market  economy, the company has evolved from manufacturing river vessels within China to building ocean vessels for exportation to overseas market.
As the business grows, the company made a decision to move to Gaoqiao Economic Development Zone of Zhenjiang City in May 2006in order to accommodate the larger management and new business model. The new facility allows construction of larger and better qualitied vessels.

The company has  looked into establishing a more comprehensive working facilities together with machineries as well as equipment to cater to a wider range and sizes of vessels.  The new work site also has a better competitive edge over steel structure processing due to the large investment in the overall operations. 5.PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT,TECHNOLOGY,QUALITY
Our company adopts numerous new techniques such as  Project management,  Integration of Production and design; Hull, Machinery, Electricity and Painting integration management. This is so as to be able to carried out the shipbuilding process according  to modern shipbuilding process and method. A more comprehensive Project Management system has been put into place to ensure that vessels could be delivered on time without compromising on the quality.  Unforeseen circumstances could be easily mitigate without adding unnecessary cost to vessel owners.  
The company had also investment heavily on latest technology and human talents so as to be able to move forward with time, adopting new technologies, creative design  ideas as well as a more efficient and productive site for both employee as well as our customers.  Design time was shorten with the implementation of Designing and lofting with computer,  assuring the quality  of design drawings and parallel design minimising human errors.
Our company  embraces the use of  advanced technology thus improving the  production workmanship. The use of new construction methods  such as laser lineation, numerical control cutting, hull construction keel over, fold with one end without free, gravity welding,CO2 gas shield welding, argon arc welding, high-pressure no-air spray-lacquer was highly appreciated by our customers. The vessels quality has been approved by renown  class society such as CCS、BV、LR、NK and ABS.
 
6.MAIN CUSTOMERS AMD STRATEGIC COOPERATION PARTNERS
1. Main customers base: Singapore , Malaysia, Indonesia, Brazil, Morocco as well as mainland China such as
Nanjing  Dongpei international trade Co., LTD, which is a company with a long history of ship trading. A long-term cooperation was established with AnFeng building over 40 vessels for them which was delivered in 2016 with a full satisfactory results.

2. Main business partners: China state shipbuilding corporation, Zhenjiang Haizhi Shipbuilding Technology Co.,LTD and some other prominent ship design companies have assist in the design and technology portion of Zhenjiang Anfeng Shipyard Co., LTD. These companies provides mainly the designs development and technical advisory services for our company.

7. COMPANY’S DEVELOPMENT
The company will look into further investment hence increasing the registered capital up to 60 million-80 million yuan. The company will explore incorporating computer software and hardware investment in order to improve the management infrastructure, increasing product capability and business development .
The site facilities was further improvised and expanded by building a  new 200M dock and a piping workshop which is about 1500 square meters  that was completed in 2017. The new improved facilities allows the company to have the aptitude to build up to 6 under 30000T motor vessels simultaneously. The site facilities includes a 1200 square meters sand house and paint room, a 50000T steel materials processing area  and building competence for 12 motor vessels that’s around 30000T.
The annual production of our company can build 6 motor boats of 30000T, with an annual output value of 3-5 billion yuan
